Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Once orders have been processed and shipped we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of products that have been opened and used due to health and safety regulations.
However, if incorrect or damaged products have been received please email us at email@example.com and return within 14 days of delivery. Please submit photo images of the incorrect or damaged products when you contact us. Once customer service staff authorises a return, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any approved refunds will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
